Job description
You will lead the development of advanced AI models and algorithms for complex business problems, working with cross-functional teams to build AI-driven solutions that improve operations and scalability.
You will keep our solutions competitive by staying on top of emerging AI trends, and mentor junior engineers in machine learning, model development and production best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimise machine learning algorithms for large-scale applications.
- Work closely with product teams to define AI-driven product features and functionality.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI research and trends, applying them to improve existing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI model development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or C++.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and software engineering best practices.
- Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach problems creatively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
