Job description
This role combines building advanced AI models with teaching teams how to use them: you will create machine learning algorithms and the training materials that drive AI adoption and usability.
You will work with teams across the business to bring AI into their processes, and run workshops and training so everyone can use AI tools with confidence. We support your growth, from keeping up with AI innovation to building your technical and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models for a range of applications.
- Create and deliver training programmes that grow the AI capabilities of internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure AI models meet business requirements.
- Stay informed on the latest AI trends and advancements to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning model development.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
- Strong communication skills for delivering training sessions and technical presentations.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, R or Java.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and best practice in AI model development.
- Experience in both AI model deployment and internal training delivery.
